Benefit Pro Launches COVID-19 “Code Red” Concierge Support

As the Coronavirus pandemic outbreak has brought major disruption and fear to our community and workplace, Benefit Pro has stepped up our response to the highest level, helping our clients and their families during their time of greatest need.

We’ve created our COVID-19 “Code Red” Concierge crisis response team to provide 7 days/week concierge support for employees and dependents of client companies diagnosed with COVID-19. Our team will assist with navigating the healthcare system, understanding their insurance coverage, EAP and resourcing community-based family mental health and food delivery support.

In addition, the HR experts of our HR partner, California Employers Association, are available to assist management with expert, up-to-date guidance on critical HR issues that may arise.
