Beverly is an experienced Senior Account Manager who has been in the health insurance industry for over thirty years. She started at Aetna in 1987 as a Medical and Dental Claims Processor, and was quickly recognized for her outstanding attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and promoted to Customer Service.
It was in this role where Bev developed her natural strength of assisting policyholders and service providers with plan administration, eligibility, billing and claim issues.
She later tackled self-funded accounts at a third party administrator before moving to National Dental Health (later acquired by Assurant Employee Benefits). Bev excelled in her role as statewide Complaint Resolution & Grievance Specialist, and became the sole Account Manager for west coast accounts where she successfully managed all aspects of managing their customer portfolio.
In 2004, Beverly joined Benefit Pro bringing her significant wealth of knowledge and experience, and making her a key asset to the Benefit Pro team. Beverly’s passion and commitment to superior customer service has earned her the reputation as “HR Manager’s Best Friend (BFF).”
