Kim is President & CEO of the California Employers Association, Benefit Pro’s human resources partner. Her experienced team of experts provide the HR Hotline support that Benefit Pro clients depend on for the simple and complex HR issues that arise in the daily course of running their business. CEA also provides onsite HR support services, such as audits, project work and temporary HR support to support temporary workloads.

She is a dynamic speaker at our HR Roundtable Seminars, immersed and experience in human resources and operational management for over 20 years. Kim delightfully shares her comprehensive knowledge and crystal clear guidance with our seminar attendees.

Kim is a founding member of the Employers Association of America, a national network of local workforce solutions providers, and is involved in key leadership roles in her industry.
