As Director of Client Relations, Leslie is devoted to delivering exceptional service and driving success for Benefit Pro. Leslie comes to the team as a skilled leader and client service professional with more than 20 years of experience. Throughout her career she’s supported innumerable complex projects and strategic clients in organizations such as Merrill Lynch, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services and most recently, American Specialty Health Inc. Over the last ten years she’s led small and large teams through times of both stability and uncertainty, always meeting key organizational and performance metrics. Known by her peers for her dedication to excellence and high standards, Leslie prides herself on exceeding expectations and advocacy.

Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Washington, a Project Management certification from San Diego County Continuing Education as well as certifications from The Center for Leadership Studies in both Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Quotient. Education and information are a passion of Leslie’s; as such she continues to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the fields of leadership, human resources, and insurance.

When not working, Leslie volunteers with several local San Diego organizations to fight food insecurity, to stop animal abuse, to support struggling youths and to garner support for the arts. She believes in maintaining a healthy balance between personal and professional life, with a focus on community engagement to improve the lives of all.
